Shopping center '365', in Ankara has opened its doors to the public. In the press release of 10 July 2007 Corio announced the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of a 100%-interest in this shopping centre based on a 20-year leasehold, for approximately US$ 40 million. '365' currently welcomes its customers on a day to day basis with a Migros- supermarket, Koçtas-DIY store, Electroworld, cinema, restaurants, foodcourt and several attractive new brands divided over approximately 27.700 m² of gross lettable area. The lease contracts in this shopping centre will be based on Euro and the project will generate a net, for leasehold adjusted, yield in line with Corio's other acquisitions in Turkey."
